For the entire organization (Microsoft 365 administrator)

    1. Open the Teams admin center, then Teams apps, Manage apps.
    2. Search for Juriview Connect, then make the app available to the relevant users.
    3. Without access to the Teams store: in Juriview, Settings, Integrations, Microsoft Teams, download the package, then upload it in Manage apps (“Upload new app”; for a new version, “Upload file” on the existing Juriview Connect app).

    For yourself

    1. In Teams, open Apps, search for Juriview Connect, then Add.

    Use the app

    1. Hover over a message, click “…” (More options), then More actions: “Créer une demande” (create a request) or “Déposer dans une demande” (add to a request).
    2. The first time, Teams offers “Se connecter à Juriview” (sign in to Juriview): a jurivapp.com window opens; sign in to Juriview then click “Connecter” (connect). You need a Juriview account provided by your organization. No password is entered in Teams.
    3. Create a request: fields are prefilled from the message; review them then create the request. Its summary can be shared in the conversation.
    4. Add to a request: choose a request for which you are the owner, creator or a member; the message joins its history.

    Common issues

    • Juriview Connect actions do not appear : in the chat with yourself, Teams does not offer app actions. Elsewhere, check that the app is added, then restart Teams.
    • The sign-in link has expired : it is valid for 10 minutes and can be used only once: launch the action again in Teams.
    • Your Juriview organization is linked to another Microsoft 365 account : your organization has declared another Microsoft tenant in Juriview; contact your organization's Juriview administrator.
    • No open request is assigned to you : adding is limited to open requests for which you are the owner, creator or a member.

    Sign out

In the Juriview Connect windows in Teams, click “Se déconnecter de Juriview” (sign out of Juriview). Your Teams account is no longer linked to Juriview; you remain signed in to Teams.

    Remove the app

In Teams: Apps, Manage your apps, Juriview Connect, Remove. For the entire organization: Teams admin center, Manage apps, Juriview Connect, Block or Delete.
