    Juriview SAS attaches essential importance to the protection of personal data. This policy describes the processing carried out on the juriview.com website and in the Juriview application, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés").

    When Juriview hosts and processes the data that its customers upload into the application (files, contracts, documents), Juriview acts as a processor on behalf of the customer, who is the data controller, under the conditions set out in the contract and the data processing agreement (DPA) attached to it.

    2. Data collected

    Website visitors

    • Browsing data: pages viewed, date and time, referring page, browser type, anonymous session identifier.
    • Contact information voluntarily provided via a form or a demo request: first name, last name, business e-mail, company, job title, message.

    Application users

    • Account data: first name, last name, business e-mail, job title, organization, role and access rights.
    • Authentication data: encrypted password (never stored in plain text), login logs.
    • Usage data: actions performed in the tool, technical logs required for security and support.
    • Content uploaded by the customer: tickets, files, contracts and documents, which may contain personal data for which the customer is responsible.

    We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR through the site, and we do not carry out any fully automated decision-making producing legal effects.

    4. Retention periods

    • Contact and demo requests: 3 years from the last contact.
    • User account data: duration of the contract, then deletion or anonymization within 90 days of its termination.
    • Customer content: duration of the contract; may be returned then deleted within 90 days of its termination, unless the customer requests otherwise.
    • Login and security logs: 12 months.
    • Audience measurement data: 13 months maximum.
    • Accounting records and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).

    5. Recipients, processors and hosting

    Data is accessible only to authorized Juriview personnel (support, technical, sales) to the extent necessary, as well as to the following processors, governed by contracts compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:

    • LWS (Ligne Web Services) – hosting of the juriview.com website, data centers located in France.
    • Application and database host – infrastructure for the Juriview application, located in the European Union (France).
    • Electronic signature providers (our in-house solution or DocuSign, depending on the customer's choice) – only for documents subject to signature.
    • Appointment scheduling tool (Calendly) – only for demo requests.

    Application data is hosted in France. We do not transfer any data outside the European Union without appropriate legal safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses). No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

    6. Artificial intelligence

    Juriview's artificial intelligence features operate in a closed loop on each customer's documentation and case law. Customer content is never used to train AI models, nor is it shared between customers.

    7. Security

    Juriview implements appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, data segregation by organization, role-based access management, secure authentication, access logging, regular backups and an internal staff confidentiality policy.

    8. Your rights

    In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

    • Right of access: obtain confirmation that processing relating to you exists and obtain a copy of it.
    • Right of rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
    • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations.
    • Right to object: object to processing based on our legitimate interest, particularly for prospecting purposes.
    • Right to restriction of processing.
    • Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
    • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, when processing is based on it.
    • Right to set guidelines regarding the fate of your data after your death.

Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt as to your identity. We respond within a maximum of one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

    If you are a user of the application through your employer or firm, please direct your request primarily to that organization, which is the data controller for content uploaded to Juriview.
