Common issues
- The Juriview button is disabled : no email is selected, or several are selected. Click a single received email. The button is unavailable while composing an email.
- The pane says “Outlook is taking a while to respond” : click “Try again”. If the message persists, close Outlook completely and reopen it. Otherwise, send us a screenshot of the “Technical details”.
- The pane says the email is not in Juriview : only emails from mailboxes connected to Juriview are available there. A newly received email may take a few minutes to appear.
- The “Juriview” labels do not appear in the email list : They are added automatically every ten minutes, only if this option has been enabled for your organization. A shared mailbox requires an additional permission: reconnect the mailbox in Juriview (Mailbox, Mailbox settings) or ask your administrator to approve it.
Remove the add-in
In Outlook: open the add-ins window, “My add-ins”, then “Remove” on Juriview. For the entire organization: Microsoft 365 admin center, Integrated apps, Juriview, “Remove app”.
