Litigation management software

The litigation management software built for in-house legal teams

From the writ of summons to the judgment, Juriview structures every case: parties, procedural deadlines, exhibits, accounting provisions and outside counsel fees. Your litigation exposure becomes readable for the legal team and for finance alike.

Why use dedicated litigation management software?

Litigation cannot be steered from a spreadsheet. Poorly assessed provisions, missed procedural deadlines, outside counsel fees allocated to the wrong budget, exhibits scattered across mailboxes: consequences range from financial risk to losing a case outright. A shared file records neither provision revisions, nor arbitration decisions, nor access to sensitive exhibits. Juriview centralises the full follow-up of a case, from the summons to the judgment, including provisions, exchanges with outside counsel and board-level reporting.

What you will manage with Juriview

Six building blocks covering the full life of a litigation file, from opening to accounting closure.

    Structured litigation file

Parties, court, subject matter, procedural status, complete history. One file per case, reachable in a few clicks, with internal and external stakeholders attached and every decision traced.

    Procedural deadlines and alerts

Hearing dates, filing deadlines, court-appointed expert reports, appeal windows. Automatic alerts sent to the right people so nothing is missed, even across a portfolio of several hundred cases.

    Outside counsel fee management

Tracking of fee agreements, invoices, retainers, caps and overruns. Consolidation by firm, by case and by business unit, so you can arbitrate external budgets on figures rather than estimates.

    Accounting provisions

Assessment, periodic updates, full revision history and supporting rationale. Direct export for the accounting close and for audit, with the audit trail your statutory auditors expect.

    Document vault

Summons, submissions, opposing exhibits, judgments and minutes. Automatic indexing, version control and granular access rights, case by case, to protect sensitive matters.

    Consolidated financial reporting

Litigation exposure, provisions per entity, top spend per law firm, average cost per case type. Real-time dashboards for finance and executive management, exportable in one click.

    Pre-litigation included

Litigation, pre-litigation and amicable settlement in a single tool

Juriview does not start at the declared dispute. Most matters go through a pre-litigation phase: formal notice, negotiation, attempted conciliation or mediation. Handling those phases in separate tools destroys the history the day the case reaches a court.

Juriview manages the whole continuum: the same matter moves from the initial request, received through the ticketing module, to the formal notice, the conciliation, then litigation if needed. Full traceability, no data lost, and a defensible history when an arbitration decision has to be justified months later.

How Juriview differs from traditional litigation management software

Most tools on the market treat litigation as a silo. Juriview connects it to operational requests, contracts and financial reporting.

Frequently asked questions about litigation management software

Litigation software focuses on procedural follow-up: cases, courts, deadlines and exhibits. Legal department software covers the whole activity: internal requests, contracts, compliance, litigation and reporting. Juriview belongs to the second category, with a full litigation module. The benefit is that data is never duplicated: an operational request that escalates into a dispute becomes a litigation file without re-entry, and reporting stays consolidated.

Yes. Migration relies on an import template we prepare with you: one row per case, with the usual columns (parties, court, subject matter, key dates, provision, law firm, fees committed). We check consistency before loading, then you attach existing exhibits by drag and drop. For a portfolio of a few hundred files, migration usually takes one to two weeks including testing.

Each case carries a provision assessed by the lawyer, with an amount, a currency, an assessment date and a supporting comment. Every revision is historised: former amount, new amount, author and reason. At closing you produce a consolidated statement per entity and per case type, exportable for your consolidation and your statutory auditors. Thresholds and approval levels are configurable to match your internal policy.

Yes. An external lawyer can receive limited access to their own files only, in read mode or to upload exhibits, with no visibility on the rest of the portfolio. Rights are granular: file, document category, period. Every consultation and upload is logged, which lets you trace exchanges and avoid parallel email circuits on confidential exhibits.

Yes. A case can be attached to an entity and a foreign jurisdiction, with its own currency and local law firm. Jurisdiction and subject-matter reference data are configurable country by country, and reporting consolidates exposure in group currency at the rate you define. The interface is available in French and English, so local teams work on the same reference data.
